Kinect + Wii Remote Controller + VR + MMD + FPS

Stumbled upon this Youtube video today and wow. I can see the future of first person shooting games. ^^

Appearantly someone had created a Virtual Reality games with Kinect, Wii’s Remote Controller and MMD 3D models. The quality is still kinda shitty but I believe if some corporation wished to put in modals into it, it will surely become something BIG!! Not much to say, Watch the Video!!!

(the BGM is good too. All are from Vocaloid’s songs)

Tokyo Game Show 2010

I had been to Tokyo Game Show that located at Makuhari Messe at 18th September 2010 with my friend. I bought the ticket at 7-eleven nearby my house for 1000 Yen.

Reached there  at 11.10 am. Got there late because I got the wrong station name.

Weather that day was really nice, and not too hot.

Up till here, I start to wonder… “wow… looked like not really lots of people coming to this TGS 2010”.. But then the nightmare had just begin~

StarCraft II all cleared

In 2 days of time after 1 days of it’s release date, I had finished up StarCraft II’s campaign Mode for the Terrans. What I can say about this game is ” It’s damned great!”

The story is simple, If I was to conclude it in the most simple way, it would be like this :

meet up old friends, start helping collecting Xel’naga’s artifact, fighting dominant, team up with them , using the Xel’naga’s artifact and neutralized the Zerg Virus on his girlfriend. The End

For more information please visit Wikipedia.

Haha. I admit that I’m bad at writing up stuff. The game play experience is also very great. You can choose between Casual, Normal, Hard , or Brutal Mode to play the game. You can play whatever mode and change mode even in the middle of the story. I had cleared the normal mode. I had tried Hard mode on the last mission and it was really ….. HARD… Hell I can never beat the hard mode for the last Mission… Can’t imagine how it was in Brutal mode…

Besides that, There are few scenes in the story kinda amusing. such as this:

Don’t shoot at Screen…. <– The main character had get angry and shoot at the screen once… LOL

They are creative enough to make a shooting game for you to play at if you are getting bored at the missions.

Hoho! iMac, iPhone, iPod, and iPistol at the future?

Well. Really had fun playing the game and I think StarCraft 2 is really the game you must play in your lifetime.

K-ON! After School Live!! PSP Game

Project Diva Arcade

Last sunday I went to Akihabara to try out the new Project Diva Arcade ~Hatsune Miku~.

This is the arcade machine.

It was still not officially out yet, but they have some campaign called “Test Location”… Don’t really know what location they wanna test but it’s fine as long as we get to play it ^^

Got the famous song, Melt from ryo too.^^

Project Diva start off with PSP game, after 2 years of time, Konami comes up with something new, which is the Project Diva Arcade. Since It have the word Arcade think you know what it meant. It’s an Arcade Machine, Not playing it in PSP anymore.

The card~~

Bought this memory card for 300 Yen(RM 10?!) to keep recording of your points, unlocking custome etcs….

Back side.

It’s photos phohibited so I cannot take any photos/video of it. Instead, I’ll be showing you all the videos from Youtube. I’m not sure who recorded them but who cares. ^^

Original promotion video.

Some random gameplay video. (Great Quality)

As some of you might have noticed, the PSP version is kinda easy. It’s all one note system. But in this Arcade Machine, It sometimes have more than 2 notes at the screen which require you to press the two button at the same time. Besides that, There is also the “Hold” note which you can gain bonus if you keep holding on the note while tapping other note with your other hand/fingers.

^^ Gonna go try it out this sunday again with friend.

Freeline Skate Introduction

Today I would like to introduce an new X-game sport which got invented by some skateboarder in US at 2006. The name of the new sport is called Freeline Skating. It was said that this new type of sport had combined the way of skating the Snowboard, Skateboard, Ski, Inline Skate, and much more.

This new sport had rise since 2006 and are progressing steadily now. You can already see lots of Freeline Skate videos through Youtube and you can see lots of players are from US, Japan and Korea. Too bad I haven’t saw any videos from Malaysia yet.

So, what is so fun about this new sport?

Firstly, It very small and compact. Compared to the skateboard, the sizes of the board(or you can’t call it a board anymore, it’s a pad) is about the size of the computer mouse. So it would be extremely easy for you to carry it around and skate it whenever you like.

Next, you can pump your speed up yourself. Unlike the skateboard, which you have to put your leg down and accelerate yourself, you can just turning your leg around and you can move on forward without doing some un-cool pushing works.

Then, it can jump like any other kind of X-games too. If you not believe then you can try and look at the videos from youtubes.

Finally, it’s cool! Everyone like new things, just like new laptop/gaming console. The Freeline Skate is still considereed very new although 4 years of time had passed. It’s still not much people knowing it existence and less people are skating it. So it will be very cool when people say “Wow ! What is that? I never saw that before.”

So, less reading, more video. I think it would be best for you to witness the cool side of the sport yourself through video. So I prepared few Youtube video and put it in between the passages.

Lastly I would like to help promote this new sport to Malaysia and hopes that I will got some friends to play with when I go back to Malaysia for vacation. I will buy this Freeline skate by this tuesday when I got my money banked in for me. ^^ Also, here are some links for you if you want to buy it. Sorry the link provided are for the use in Japan only. Do some Google searching if you are in Malaysia.

UPDATE!! I had just won the Auction in Yahoo Auction for the skates. Meant that I will most possibly getting the getting by wednesday or thursday ^^
